CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) can enhance the body’s natural ability to heal and self-correct, and supports your mind and body through the challenges of everyday life. By allowing your body to enter a state of deep relaxation, CST can help relieve pain, tension and dysfunction deep within the body, strengthen resistance to disease and enhance overall well-being. Because of this, many people have regular CST sessions as part of their ongoing mind and body wellness.

How does it work?

The CranioSacral System is comprised of the membranes and fluids that surround, protect, nourish, and cleanse our brain and spinal cord. Everyday our body endures stresses and strains that create tension and distortions in this system. CST releases these tensions and distortions, and improves the functioning of our central nervous system.
